Formation primarily focuses on deepening initial conversion to faith. It incorporates the catechetical, liturgical, and pastoral ministries. Because it is a form of evangelization, faith formation is a lifelong process.
In addition to the ordained ministries, there are roles in the liturgy which are exercised by lay people who place their time and talent at the service of the liturgical assembly, as well as other groups that contribute to and serve our parish.
